All these things will help a tad:
Pump up the tires - go a few psi over teh door sticker & check them often
Synthetic oil
An air intake - or at least remove the "donut" in the stock filter
free-flow exhaust
I would vote against the MSD ignition - but encourage you to get Champion double platinum plugs & Crane wires (RaceAdnStreet.Com) - the stock coil is fine, but stock wires are crap.
as to turbo engine - it's more than that - the wiring harness, computer,....
I'm getting around 25 with my turbo lite and automatic - overall.
