I guess it's not too bad here in Florida. The roads see no salt or harsh changes in weather. I've only got one good scrape on the bottom of my bumper and that's was my fault after pulling into a McDonalds and they had one of those concrete blocks (about 4 feet wide) at the end of the parking spot and I ran right into it.[xx(] That black rubber "lip spoiler" on the bottom of the bumper takes all the punishment from the high/low curbs.
