Well, Um..............Let's see...............

Say we citizens continue to purchase tires made outside the USA borders. If you are an employee in one of the domestic manufacturing
plants, then you get laid off because the workload slows or evaporates.

Now those former employees don't have money, and can't buy the stuff
or services that the company you work for makes. It's the true
meaning of "trickle down".

I just believe that we ought to exercise purchasing conscience (though
admittedly, I could be better about it myself). You see, it's a
recession when your neighbor loses his/her job. It's a depression
when you lose yours.
