If you look on-line, you can find a better extended bumper-to-bumper warranty at a much better price than what the dealership can offer.

No, don't buy any warranty for your Chrysler that doesn't come from Daimler Chrysler Service Contracts!

I would like to put in my $.02 here.
Almost 2 years ago, before the manufacturer's 3/36 warranty expired on my 2001 Ltd, I bought a zero-deductible extended warranty from WarrantyGold (my vehicle is before the 7/70 coverage on the powertrain became available). At the time, they were the highest rated 3rd party auto warranty provider around. It wasn't but a few months later that I got the news that they were filing bankruptcy. I have a claim filed, and am waiting for the refund, but the case is taking forever to resolve in the Texas courts. I've spoken with the lawyers involved and they are confident I will get
some settlement, but don't know how much.
This should have never happened, but it did. So my advice - and the advice of others - is to go with an extended warranty from the manufacturer, i.e. Daimler Chrysler, because they will be around to honor the warranty.
When I get my refund (who knows when that will be?), I will consider using it to get an extended warranty from DM.
