Tommy Thrift at haynesspeedshop.com is a good resource for parts and info. For PT specific speed parts try AGP.
For a good speed shop try Modacar in Livermore. They'll install and tune your car, and do dynos. They're not cheap, but have experience with SRT's and can tune PT's
Lastly try Folsom Lake Dodge/Chrysler. They have a mopar speed shop at their dealership. I've heard they do good work there, and are not too concerned with speed mods, when it comes to warranty issues.
