I do hope you have already filed a claim for your policy. Since the bankruptcy was declared, I've had several conversations (via email) with the primary legal rep for the case. He told me that there was a good chance that I will get something back. I've already racked this one up to experience (ouch!) but it would be nice to get a little something in mail sometime soon.
I believe it is too late to file an individual claim now, but it's possible you could be part of the class action suit against them. Go to
