That's probably the easiest way to more power, but not pracical for many.

No matter what you do (other than throw in NOS or a supercharger) your probably not going to see the kind of power increase your looking for. Keep it tuned properly, look through the search feature and see what others have done to increase intake and exhaust. Until the Turbo's came along, the PT CRUISER was just that. Cruise along and enjoy the ride. Personally, I find it keeps up with 95% of the traffic, will certainly get to way above the speed limit and cruise at any speed you set the cruise control to.

Now, if your trying to dodge bullets out there in Calif, that's another story.
