Yuo can run a 2" flexible hose inside the liner from the hole next to the fog light up to the fenderwell hole. Put a few weep holes at the hose's lowest point to drain any moisture that gets in the hose. I did this on my '03 GT and loved it. Never had a problem with rain and it rains a lot here in Oregon.
