There will be a 300hp SRT version, available sometime around Spring 07. It will NOT be all wheel drive. It will be front wheel drive. This is to keep down cost. Supposedly the torque steer present with the current gen SRT4 has been handled. And don't worry about the lack of AWD, supposedly an SRT Caliber test mule handed an Evo it's ass when out and about for testing earlier...Also, it will be available with a 6 speed manual. No CVT is planned for the SRT. The 2.4 Turbo (World Engine) in these share NOTHING with the current 2.4. Nothing will easily bolt up, meaning no 6 speed swaps into the PT or current SRT4.
