If you are talking about the fan mounted in the engine compartment, behind the radiator cycling on and off when the AC is on.... don't worry too much about it.

The radiator fan cycles on and off based on the temperature of the radiator. It is only really needed when stopped or in slow moving traffic, as at highway speed you get plenty of airflow.

Watch the temperature gauge... if it is not overheating, don't worry about the radiator fan.
