Yeah, everything from 2003 forward uses the NGC controller, whereas the TCM is integrated into the PCM. That said, since the 41te is an adaptive transmission, it is always learning. Drive real hard for 100 miles and it learns that and shifts accordingly. Drive like Grandma and it learns that, too, and your mileage will go up. That said, anytime you make a change a signifigant change to the power of the engine, you should do a quicklearn. Or, you can just burn up your clutchpacks and join the throng bitching about Chrysler trannies.....
