[|)] That looks like dried coolant. Make sure the leak is fixed, and the system flushed properly. Use the Mopar coolant, if possible. It costs more, but I don't trust the "works with any coolant" stuff. There are too many different, non-compatible coolants out there now. You can't get every trace of the old stuff out, so use something that is the same.
