The Hahn is a bolt-on kit, no head change needed. As to your original questions, the auto, as we all know, is not the best. Also, for the turbo, Chrysler added stronger rods and oil squirters to underside of pistons, among other changes, so don't go nuts with high boost. Keep boost moderate and you should be okay - there are lots of the Hahn kits out there and folks are pleased.
