Zero in on the sway bar. I put in a rear and got a clunk & also erratic handling at times - I got under again and tightened everything up, and problem disappeared. All bolts have to be TIGHT!
Particularly the clamp that holds bar to axle - apparently on mine, being loose allowed it to move side-to side.
