Don't think it'd do squat for performance - you're getting enough fuel.
What has been proven to help is a turbo intake - they flow better. The aluminum intake can be gotten cheap (used), as many have upgraded to the new plastic turbo intake, and those flow even better.
You will have to make a few brackets to suport stuff that hangs off the current manifold.
