no, please read the thread.....

in 2005 Chrysler switched to a 40TE auto in NON-TURBO's
40TE = 2 clutch packs.
Prior to 2005, ALL PT's had a 41TE auto
41TE = 4 clutch packs
Therefore, all TURBO PT's (including Turbo Lites) have the 41TE

Without explaining to you how a 4xTE transmission operates, the difference is that with 2 clutch packs, you can hold less torque, hence their use in normally aspirated (low HP and torque) PT's. It's a cost saving measure.
The Turbo's still have the 41TE, which will hold more torque (although not much more than stock)
