Ok... so probably a harmonic between the aggressive tread and some road surfaces.

Have you tried varying your speed? (Does it just keep getting worse as you speed up? Or does it only occur during a specific speed range)

Or... Have you tried varying tire pressure? A reduction to 30-32 psi might smooth things out and not put too much pressure on your gas mileage.
