This is one of the few mods that has no downside, and after a couple of thousand miles since the swap would hate to go back to the original aluminum intake (2 words:
fugget aboudit 
The car runs a bit smoother, pulls harder (especially from 4000 rpm and up) and we've noticed a 2 mpg increase in fuel economy since I installed it. And that is in spite of the increased temptation to plant the loud pedal
