Sorry. For the Non-turbo PT, the upper manifold has to come off to get at the plugs and wires. It's not that hard. Here's some instructions on Imagestation. You might not hve to follow all of them depending on what year your PT is. Take your time, look over the instructions and gather all the tools that you need first. Good Luck. It's been awhile since I've actually looked over the instructions, so in case they don't say it, use Anti-seize lubricant on the plugs and Dielectric greese on the plug wires.
