Well, if your sure all the ignition parts are good, you could have a fuel problem where one or more of your injectors are clogged. Normally that would mean a stumble any time your trying to accelerate. Engine starving for more air (clogged intake) could also cause your problem. Hard to diagnose, but are you sure the new coil and "high performance" plugs are right for your PT? Are the plugs gapped using the new specs that Chrysler put out for the non-turbo PT. .040in instead of .050 is what Chrysler is recommending.
