First of all, you don't carry around 100 extra gallons of water in your PT. You use the washer reservoir, or, you mount another reservoir that size or smaller. And does it make a difference? To a stock PT, no. But to someone at the limits of the stock turbo, or with a ported and clipped turbo, or SST or big turbo, hell yeah. It can be the difference between a few more pounds of boost safely, or watching your pistons liquify and run down your rods.
