The other attributes are true, but not constant. There may be less pressure variation with temperature, but it is not zero.
I took chemistry:
PV + nRT
Pressure time Volume = amount of gas (n) R (gas constant) times Temperature.
Nitrogen can make n and maybe R (not sure, too long ago) smaller, but since the Volume of a tire is the same, when temperature goes up, pressure goes up.
There is less leaking and nitrogen doesn't attack rubber, but the outside of the tire still gets oxidized....
I do think it's worth $59.... (roadside assistance, flat repair, free refills).
