Most of the gearheads say that a turbo runs too hot for platinum plugs & eventually the tips will do a meltdown. Then again, others say they've run platinum with no problems. The counter by the first group is that if you lean into the throttle regularly, you could run into trouble & you're safest running the standard copper plugs or stepping up to iridium...
