It looks like he got what he deserved. People think they can push their engines with too much boost, NOS, etc. and expect the factory to cover their mistakes. The first thing ANY service manager does when they suspect the engine has been fried because it's been played with is call a factory rep in to ok the repair. They would be stupid to do otherwise. The factory can reject any claim they suspect is bogus and trust me the dealer doesn't want to eat a big claim.
