I have a '05 srt-4 (same engine as PT turbo) and I'm running Stage 2 with the stock surge valve. A bov is not needed unless you plan on upping the boost and boosting, spiking, over 20 psi. In hot weather(around 90*) I'll spike 20 and drop to 15 at redline. In cooler weather I'll spike 17-18 dropping to 14-15 at redline. Stock surge valve works just fine. The Mopar bov is a cool noise maker and not a true bov. They have been known to leak, too, but not always and if you aren't going to go crazy with a lot of boost should work out fine. If you are planning to up the boost over 20 psi then the HKS bov is the best. You'll also need a UCP (uppercharge pipe) which is made out of metal and allows you to have a flange on it in order to mount the HKS bov. Remember, like batlin said, without a boost gauge do not raise the boost without a boost gauge or you will blow your engine.
