Jeff,

You shouldn't have to do the whole window over again. Haven't done it myself, but when I lived in Maryland, I had one of my cars tinted and there were some imperfections in the finished job. Took it back to the installer and they peeled (very slowly) from the corner the tint away from the window till they reached the bad spot. Sprayed lots of soapy water on both sides of the tint and used a squeegee to flatten the tint back down. Came out like new. Peel back very carefully and keep spraying. Good luck.
