Topper, Have had mine 17 months and 31,000 miles. Only three small chips which I picked up on the long hauls up to Maryland every couple of months. Unless the car comes from the factory with a hugh defect in the paint (like acid rain), or the factory paint shop messed up a door or something like that...I have heard that the dealer will work on a case by case basis to see if they will repaint what you think is a defect. Whoever you are..look over the entire car in the daylight and make note of anything you see out of the ordinary and make sure the dealer knows about it. Some people have said that the way the PT is shaped in the front, it's prone to pick up debris more than normal cars....can't prove that by me or renichms.
