Most likely, they will have to remove and clean the evaporator core to properly remove the mold smell, since the disinfectant spray didn't solve the problem. May want to ask them to install the optional interior air filtration system, part #82206886. From the picture below, it is the filter at the top. Cost is about $15 for the part.



Here is a do it yourself method from AllPar to solve the smell problem:
