We have a one year old silver limited and it has several small chips on the hood and grill. The car is only driven on paved roads. There is just no way to avoid the debris thrown up by other cars and trucks. Just keep the touch up paint handy and use as needed. If your car is an everyday driver like ours chips and dings are unfotunately inevitable. It makes me sick every time I find a new one but short of keeping it in the garage there is little I can do to prevent them.
