About the pic that looks like someone got ran over it looks to be like Basset Hound's Basset Hound sitting behind the Basset Hound's right rear tire, probably looking for a cool spot to kick it on a hot day at a PT event.
I think it is a plush toy... Bassett does have a reall cool set up at shows I got a few pics of his PT from Phoenix... http://members3.clubphoto.com/jolene...ner-d3c9.phtml

bemo only do what you feel you can do yourself. And if you are thinking about a bigger mod, there are more than enough people that will tell you how it is done, and what tools you will need to pull it off... They did with my Neon Grill install... I planned my install just 4 neon tubes behind the grill for over a two months before I pulled the grill to start. I read everything I could find on it and asked questions and knew what approach and instructions backwards and forwards before I started.. I still made a bunch of trips to the parts house but they worked the first time I flipped the switch...

This site can be really helpful in making that choice of whether or not you can do a mod you are thinking of.. http://www.ptdoityourself.net/index.html
