There is no "best way" to set up the PT Cruiser. The PT Cruiser is fine right off the dealer's lot. Sure, there are some who insist in dropping them all around, but it isn't necessary and causes problems with bottoming out on speed bumps and driveways. It's really a matter of taste and feel. Perhaps you can try out some PT Cruisers that have been lowered at a PT Cruiser meet & greet or other event near you. That's the only way that you'll get it right for you the first time.
