Replacement of the roof-liner is the only way you may be fully satisfied with the "final look" but you may want to first try one of the quality-made decals from
Streamline Design such as...
or, something like this...
. Depending on the location of the tear one or more of these may or may not look good, but, it's worth a try. Good luck.
