You say you have new carbon fiber tails. Are they from APC? Are you using the LED bulbs that were sent with the generation II lights? Those LEDs have to be put in only one way, or they will blink fast or not work at all. We were told you can stick with the OEM bulbs with the generation II taillights and I'm running them right now with a little modification to let more air into the bulb area so they won't melt. id you try putting your old (OEM) lights back in to see if it blows any more fuses?
