I used this on my wife's car. (Thankfully I don't have any scratches in my PT, yet.) It worked well and seemed to be very mild. I believe in always starting with the mildest product I can find and then move to a more agressive product if the first (or second or third) doesn't work. This especially applies to cleaning products.
