Rivey, I would take it to the dealer AFTER you document it with pictures, let them "find the weep holes". Have them take you to look at other PT's and see IF they have weep holes and where they are located. All of the autos I have had do have weep holes somewhere on the bottom so liquids can drain.
Another thought, Did you have it RustProofed? Sometimes when the apply the rust proofing it will "fill" and plug those holes. [xx(]
