I replaced the rear wiper with a faux handle since it doesn't rain a whole lot down here and when it does, I try and take the wife's car, and had to take the whole motor out to put the handle on. It only takes about 10 minutes and just a few screws, so the job isn't hard. Sorry, not selling the motor since I might have to put it back on in the future. If it clicks when you hit the button, try taking the wiper off (one nut when you take the center cap off) and see if the motor spline is turning), maybe you just stripped the blade handle itself and not harmed the motor.
