I am in a similar situation.
Have:
Sun Guage Cage Universal dual guage pod
Autometer Mech Vac/Boost Guage
Cyberdyne Air/Fuel meter

What I know of so far:
Universal size (trim to fit) hose tee's and 11/32" hose found at pep boys.
Best Vac/Boost guage tube install location seems to be the back of the intake manifold near the firewall tee'd into the 11/32 hose found there.
