Default High Output emblem
I think I found the part number for the HIGH OUTPUT emblem on the tailgate of the '04 GT's . . .

5116-078AA Local dealership price $36.95

Ordered one, they said it takes about 10 days. Hope it is the correct part.

Also, the part number for the brushed aluminum pedals installed on the '04 GT is 5273-386AA . . . need to order 2 (one for the clutch and other for the (5-spd) brake pedal).
No info yet on the aluminum gas pedal.
