if you mean the 'GHETTO INTAKE' mod, they shouldn't. They may mention it but if you're not taking it in for anything to do with it what can they say? I have a full cold air setup on my Avenger. I took it in for some warrenty work and they made a note on the ticket "custumer has added aftermarket air filter" The work was done without any hassle. ps~ I'm trying to hold K&N to their claim. the above mentioned air filter has 226K miles on it. only 774k more miles to go...<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
