That depends on your definition of 'Ready to go'. It is the manifold and turbo unit. You'll still need all of the additional plumbing, blah blah blah, but for someone that has done custom turbos before, this is a very cheap first step in getting it done, and it greatly reduces the time it takes to get it done, since you won't have ot have someone fabricate a manifold for an aftermarket turbo.
This is not something you can do yourself, nor is it something that should be tried by someone that has no experience doing such things.
