Gary, I had both front and rears installed for $130 at a small local shop. Two places that specialize in tires/wheels/suspension each wanted $225-$250 to do all four. I waited while the local guy did all four for me, and the rears only took him about 15 minutes. I'm starting to think that I could have done the rears myself. I know it's really dicey trying to tell these guys how to do their job, but apparantly the installation of the rear springs is incredibly easy. I'm sure someone will come along and give you some instruction how to do it.
Other than that, I think $165 for literally 15 - 20 minutes of work is way out of line. If not, then I'm in the wrong game!
