First clean or wash your wheels. Buy a clay bar just for your wheels (do not use the same clay bar on your paint), and that should remove any remaining brake dust. Then apply a good wax or synthetic wax/polish on your wheels. P21S or S100 Wheel Cleaner is a safe and effective way (non acidic) to clean your wheels too. Can find S100 at your local motorcycle shop for about $8-9.00. Once a year take your wheels off and clean the insides.

Switching your brake pads to ceramic pads will minimize your brake dust problem.
