Thank You Jimbo. Your right as rain about the should part. But from what I've seen and I've seen quite a few with this problem on 2001 and 2002 PT's. Their are more with marks on them, on this little Island than without. So makes me wonder why more people haven't gotten their's fixed.
Either thier not as anal retentive as me, or thier also initally denided, given a BS story and they accept it. I appericate it is an expensive repair. To buy the covers alone un painted would be about $600. so add paint to the rest of shroud and install I bet your looking at $800. Something I couldn't afford to do on my own dime.
