Probably just water from the air conditioning evaporator core drain tube. Just a suggestion, turn the fan on high (A/C off) a few minutes before you stop to prevent any mold/mildew from growing in there. It will help dry up that area. Adding the cabin air filter also helps prevent mold and mildew (that awful A/C rotten egg smell) from forming or their spores getting on your core from the outside and any dust/leaves/etc from getting in there (mice too). People tend to mistakenly add the cabin filter AFTER they start smelling odors from the A/C. It's too late at that time.
