I would be very wary that something else is up, In my 20 year association with Chrysler I never saw them replace the whole car unless lawers were involved. IMHO I would make sure whats going on and I would demand some legal papers before I would let them have my car.

I had mine replaced. I had the car a week when I noticed that my turn signals did not work so I pulled over turned off the car and when I turn it over that is when I noticed that other things came on as well, the stereo things like that. I chalked it up as a fluke after all this was a brand new car. Well, when it happened again I went straight to the dealer. And it actually happened again when the salesperson looked at the car (you know that never happens). So I took it to service they had it all day and then called me to tell me that they were going to have me drive around with a computer that would document what is going on with the car. But when I arrived they told me that would not work because no indicator lights came on when it happened. I mentioned to the service person that I thought it had something to do with the computer chip in the key not syncing with the computer in the car (both keys did the same thing) he then told me that Chrysler would not authorize him to issue me a new key due to cost. I asked what I was to do now and his response was to bring it in when it happened again to this I replied, "Is the dealer manager available?" I mean come on this is a brand new car!! [}] Anyway to make this LONG story a little shorter after speaking to the manager he told me to go see what was on the lot (he was not too happy) They did not have any White limited Editions on the lot and that is what I bought so that is what I wanted, anyway my sales guy remembered seeing on behind the wall at the back of the dealership. Once again long story short! I got a brand new White limited Edition (actually the VIN #'s were consecutive) and I have never had a problem with it (other than the brakes) So I guess either I am very persuasive or the manager had argued with one tool many people that day!
