I didn't like the rake, either, so why are you doing F&R? I did rear only, 1.5", and got rid of rake. Do both, and rake pretty much stays, only lower. I already scrape the front sometimes, so lowering the front wasn't something I wanted. Another advantage - rears are MUCH easier to do than fronts. Your call.
