Same here, about a minute a month. Very annoying because resetting it means going all the way around... holding the minute set button while it sweeps forward 59 clicks, and overshooting and having to do it again.

I need it accurate so I can jump between the 3 local radio stations that give traffic reports every 10 minutes: 'ones, fives and eights'.

I'm guessing that the Mopar radios were never expected to go a month without losing power due to the battery being disconnect for major repair work.

And where do you find a 10$ watch that keeps perfect time?
My 10$ watch gains 2 seconds/month, which makes it 30 times more accurate than a Mopar radio.
