There's a way of using a Briggs & Stratton #5063 to get a next-best-thing level of cabin air filtration.
More like 'better' not 'next-best-thing'. The housing for the mopar one leaves gaps for dirty air to just go right around the filter. The B&S 5063 actually plugs the hole going down to the fan (no way dirty air could get around it).
*Side Note. B&S replaced the 5063 with the 5069 (thicker filter). However, the 5069 is WAY to much filter for the PT's AC to handle and will not work properly (personal experience). I bought 4 of the 5063's while I still could. It was just a couple of months ago that I found them at Lowes for $13 each.
