Rust on calipers, rotors, brake lines, exhaust....on anything is not covered under warranty. Possibly the only rust problem that would be covered is body work where rust would eat through from the inside and make bubbles and holes on the paint work. Most manufactures cover the body work for about 5-7 years.

Rust will form on the calipers overnight in the right conditions if left outdoors. No way around it unless you put it under cover.
