I feel for the ones that don't have a good dealer service department. That being said, mine sucks. One thing that I don't understand is why would Chrysler let someone sell and service their product if that same someone is giving them a bad name? It just doesn't make since to me. I know if I let someone sell my product and their customer service sucked I would no longer let them sell my product. It just seems as if it is sell the product and to hell with the follow up. That just plainly sucks.
Buying the car at Galeana Chrysler in Fort Myers Florida was great but the service department, well, they know where they can go!
